Newbie here. Trying to install a skid plate, but the bolt I need to remove is frozen. Not enough room for a socket. What is the mechanic's secret to loosen bolts without damage?

PB blaster is probably where i'd start. It might come down to either having to weld a nut to it or drill it out too.
